Terms and Conditions for Purchasing and Redeeming Gift Vouchers

PURCHASE:
Gift vouchers can be purchased in the following amounts:

5,000 HUF
10,000 HUF
15,000 HUF
20,000 HUF

The price is stated in the currency in which it was purchased (HUF, EUR, USD, or GBP) and can only be redeemed in the same currency. VAT is included.The voucher amount must be paid in advance via bank transfer.

When placing your order, please enter the NAME OF THE RECIPIENT in the COMMENTS section.
For the delivery method, please select PERSONAL PICKUP to avoid shipping charges.

Once the order has been placed and the payment received, we will send the personalized gift voucher via email as a PDF document.

Each voucher has a unique serial number.
The voucher is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase and cannot be extended.

REDEMPTION:

The gift voucher can be redeemed for products available in the webshop.

The gift voucher can only be used once, in a single purchase. If the total amount of the purchase is less than the value of the voucher, the remaining balance will not be refunded and cannot be used for future purchases.

The voucher cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash, either in the webshop or through any third party.

The gift voucher is non-transferable, non-resalable, and cannot be introduced into secondary markets.

If the voucher is not used within the validity period, it will be considered redeemed, and no refund or alternative service will be provided.

Voucher redemption is subject to the applicable legal requirements and the provisions of Act CCXXXV of 2013 on certain payment service providers.
